GP Registrar Seminar – The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

Monday, June 6, 2016

Richard Etheridge & Peter Hastings where delighted to take part in a seminar to a group of soon to be qualified GP’s, in partnership with Lovewell Blake. Richard outlined the partnership issues that the Doctors would face when they joined a practice, together with the property aspects that it would involve too.

Peter went on to talk about the problems, disputes and obstacles they may face, should the partnership agreement not work as well as they expected further down the line.

Rogers & Norton have built a strong reputation for its knowledge & expertise when dealing with the establishment and alteration of GP partnerships and are recognised as specialists in this field.  Richard has an in depth understanding of the needs and pitfalls involved when mapping out changes to partnership agreements within a medical practice – he also works closely with Peter should the GP’s feel there is a need to make changes if things don’t go as planned.

Richard Commented “we have worked hard to build up the ever expanding number of GP practices we act for, so it was satisfying for this to be recognised by being invited to work with leading accountants and medical specialists, Lovewell Blake.  The difficulties involved with GP recruitment is a highly topical subject, so presenting to such a highly committed group and being able to help them by highlighting what they would encounter as their career progresses, was very pleasing for us and proved to be received very positively by the participants.”
