Phil Kerridge is highly regarded for his employment law practice and his personable but straightforward approach to an area of law that is constantly changing and has successfully developed this area of work over the last few years.
Phil has represented many local employers in Employment Tribunals throughout the eastern region. He also provides advice on dealing with disciplinary offences, redundancies and compromise agreements.
In addition, he also provides support to the Company/Commercial team by providing advice on TUPE, drafting contracts of employment, directors service contracts and staff handbooks and policies.
Whilst providing a service predominantly for employers, Phil does provide fixed fee interviews for employees who have grievances or concerns about their working conditions.
