Our team has enjoyed more successes in and out of court, and in particular acted quickly to protect clients’ businesses.
The team secured an undertaking and sworn statement from a former employee of a client not to mis-use our client’s confidential information and trade secrets. This was secured within two working days of receiving instructions.
The team also secured the release of goods detained by UK Border Force in the value of £320,000 within four working days, which ensured our client could fulfill orders and not face potential insolvency. We are also pleased to report that we have successfully concluded a mis-selling “Hedge” claim after three years of resistance by the Bank, which included payment of our client’s costs.
Peter Hastings reports “We continue to be instructed by businesses locally, nationally and internationally on disputes which require urgent and potentially injunction relief and judicial review proceedings. We are able to respond to our client’s needs with due speed and diligence and seek to ensure that our client’s business objectives are achieved and interests are protected”. Our client’s comments included “It was a pleasure working with you, and I will recommend you to many of my business friends”.
