Role

Louisa specialises in all aspects of private client work; in particular Wills, Administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney and elderly client matters. Increasingly, she is finding that she is advising clients in relation to care home fees and is involved with complex Court of Protection work.

Clients

Having worked as a solicitor in East Anglia for several years, Louisa has a diverse client base. She often visits clients away from the office to assist with the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Career to date

Louisa was raised in East Anglia and undertook her training contract with Metcalfe Copeman & Pettefar before qualifying as a solicitor in 2007.  She joined Rogers and Norton in 2011 and is now Joint Head of Wills, Trusts and Probate Team.

Louisa is a Member of Solicitors for the Elderly, Action on Elder Abuse Adult Safeguarding Network and the Law Society's Private Client Section and runs the ladies only networking group known as Plonc. Throughout her career she has always been involved with pro bono work and currently attends a legal surgery at Age UK in Norwich.
