Heather is a member of the Residential Property Department and is based at the Attleborough office. She is an experienced specialist paralegal dealing with all areas of conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and first registration of unregistered land. Heather has also dealt with small developers with their plot sales and purchases.
Heather has built up her own private client base in the Attleborough area through repeat business and recommendations. She also welcomes new clients.
Career to date
Having grown up and been educated in Norfolk, Heather began her legal career as a legal secretary with the Attleborough firm of Nicholas Daykin Solicitors in 1987. She gained a wealth of experience with the firm and progressed to become a fee earner with Nicholas Daykin in 2007 dealing with residential conveyancing, wills and probate. Heather gained a Certificate of Performance in Residential Conveyancing Practice in 2008 having successfully completed specialist paralegal studies supervised by the University of the West of England. Heather is a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals.
