Elizabeth specialises in general civil litigation, including debt recovery, contract disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, insolvency, enforcement of judgments.
Elizabeth predominantly acts for Individuals, small businesses and landlords.
Career to Date
Elizabeth gained a Law degree at the University of Nottingham before studying Spanish in Valencia; proceeding to undertake voluntary work in Bolivia and Mexico. Upon her return to England, Elizabeth passed her LPC with distinction at The College of Law, Guildford before completing a training contract with a large local firm and qualifying as a Solicitor in July 2015.
Since qualification, Elizabeth has worked as a self-employed advocate, attending a wide range of county court hearings throughout the region. This has given her experience in county court procedure and assists her in preparing cases from the perspective of a court.
Prior to joining R&N in September 2016, Elizabeth was in Practice at a Norfolk firm, where she was involved in a range of civil litigation work, including debt recovery, contract disputes and residential landlord and tenant repossessions, together with enforcement of judgments.
