Tax & Estate Planning

As well as reviewing your Will, or making a Will for the first time, we feel that consideration must also be given to the way your estate is managed during your lifetime and not just on your death.

Tax & Estate Planning

Through liaising with your own accountants and financial advisers, or suggesting that appropriate advice be sought in those areas, significant savings both now and in the future could be obtained in a cost-effective way.

Various issues arise throughout our lives, such as setting up home, the birth of children or thinking about care home fees and we are here to listen and suggest ways forward to give you peace of mind.

These conversations can arise whilst preparing Wills & Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney or during Estate Administration, Elderly Client and Court of Protection matters but can also be held as part of a general review, as and when the need arises.

If you would like to discuss any issues with us please contact a member of our team.
