HMRC/Border Force Dispute specialist
Due to expansion, we are looking for a lawyer experienced in dealing with disputes with HMRC and Border Force, the work covers all forms of disputes in both direct taxation (taxes on income, capital gains and inheritances) and indirect taxation. The position will include matters relating to including issues such as:
Duty point appeals (including large scale diversion frauds)
WOWGR registration appeals
Condemnation proceedings (High Court and magistrates’)
- Repayment claims
The Community Customs Code
- Recovery of compound interest under EU law
- The Capital Duties Directive
- The VAT Directives

Commercial Property Lawyer
Experienced commercial property lawyer required to join busy team.
The successful candidate will be part of a team of 2 directors and 2 fee-earners in our Norwich office dealing with all aspects of non-contentious commercial property and purchase and refinancing work for residential and commercial developers.
Experience of non-contentious commercial property work essential. Some experience of dealing with business sales and company commercial work would be useful but not essential as would experience of dealing with developers, agricultural law or medical practices.
Hours: Full time 9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday. 1 hour for lunch
Holiday: 33 days including bank holidays
Salary: Dependant upon qualifications/experience
