Commercial Property Fee Earner
Experienced commercial property fee earner required to join busy team.
The successful candidate will be part of a team of 2 directors and 2 fee-earners in our Norwich office dealing with all aspects of non-contentious commercial property and purchase and refinancing work for residential and commercial developers.
Experience of non-contentious commercial property work essential. Some experience of dealing with business sales and company commercial work would be useful but not essential as would experience of dealing with developers, agricultural law or medical practices.
The role offers excellent career progression for the right candidate.
Hours: Full time 9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday
Holiday: 33 days including bank holidays

Company & Commercial Lawyer
We are looking for a fee earner with commercial experience to work within a busy team headed by an experienced company and commercial solicitor.
A broad range of commercial tasks involve sales and purchases of companies and shares, management buy outs, family and other reorganisation of companies, company buy back of shares, EMI and other options to purchase.
This busy role also includes working on Shareholder/Partnership agreements, settlement agreements, redrafting articles of association, resolutions, board minutes and filings at companies house.
Dealing with and advising commercial clients on a wide range of legal & commercial issues and drafting or advising on a diverse range of commercial documents. Client care is essential.
The person needed will be expected to work with the head of department to build their own caseload and to assist in the development of the team and to promote Rogers & Norton.
