Applications Open for Rogers & Norton’s 2026 – 2027 Law Academy!
We are delighted to announce the launch of our 2026 – 2027 Law Academy programme, offering sixth form students from across Norfolk the opportunity to gain valuable insight into the legal profession and explore the wide range of careers available within the sector.
Building on the success of previous years, our Law Academy has become a well-established initiative designed to support and inspire young people considering a future in law. Following another successful year, we are now inviting schools and sixth forms from across Norfolk to register their interest for the next programme.
The 2025 – 2026 Law Academy welcomed 40 students from nine sixth forms around Norfolk, with participants taking part in a series of interactive workshops delivered by members of our legal teams. The programme concluded with a careers workshop attended by students, parents, teachers and legal professionals, providing an opportunity to learn more about the different routes into the legal profession and the realities of working within a modern law firm.
Taking place over a seven-month period, the 2026 – 2027 programme will once again be hosted at Norwich City Football Club and will feature a series of engaging monthly workshops designed to give students a practical understanding of different areas of law, the skills required to succeed within the profession and the various pathways available to those considering a legal career.
Throughout the programme, students will have the opportunity to hear from solicitors, legal executives, junior lawyers, apprentices and trainee solicitors, helping them develop a broader understanding of the legal sector and the many career opportunities it offers.

Schools and careers advisors interested in taking part in the 2026 – 2027 programme are now invited to register their interest and request places for their students. Places will be allocated to participating schools and colleges, and early expressions of interest are encouraged.
