Associate Promotions


We are pleased to announce that three new associates Vikki Lambert, Maria Taylor and Hannah Rudling have been appointed.

Vikki Lambert

Vikki Lambert joined Rogers & Norton in 2014 as a secretary in the Conveyancing department. Vikki then progressed through the team initially as an assistant to Michele Walters (director) in 2017 and then a conveyancing executive in 2018. Vikki has 8 years of experience in all conveyancing matters from sales and purchases to re-mortgages and new build properties.

Throughout her time at Rogers & Norton Vikki has excelled in her area and has adapted to new work practices whilst maintaining the highest client care regularly receiving excellent client feedback.

We are delighted that Vikki has accepted her new role as associate and now wish her a restful few weeks on maternity leave before her baby arrives.

Maria Taylor

Maria first joined Rogers & Norton as a secretary in 1991. She became a fee earner in 1995 specialising in personal injury claims. In 2001 Maria was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and for almost a decade has specialised in all areas of Debt Recovery, Insolvency and Consumer Credit/Finance claims. She acts for national and local businesses. She has developed an additional niche assisting Peter Hastings on HMRC and Border Force disputes.

Throughout her time at Rogers & Norton Maria has developed new areas of expertise and thrives on helping clients recover debts and solve their legal problems.

Working in Peter’s team Maria has continued to develop her own network of commercial clients and has consistently received brilliant feedback from her clients.

Hannah Rudling

Hannah joined Rogers & Norton as an office junior in 1997. She quickly moved into personal injury where she started managing her own files. During this time Hannah was committed to studying and carried out her CILEX training. In 2008 she was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Hannah now specialises in a variety of claims from road traffic accidents, MIB claims to accidents at work and public liability claims. Hannah has developed an expertise in clinical negligence and leads the teams management of this specialist field.

Hannah has a taken a pivotal role in the team looking to develop her own specialisms and achieving excellent results for her clients.

In conjunction with the promotions of the above associates we are delighted to announce that Elizabeth Gibson and Lauren Golder have been promoted to Senior Associates.

Elizabeth Gibson

Elizabeth joined Rogers & Norton in 2016 as a Solicitor and was promoted to associate in 2019 in recognition of her hard work and commitment to clients.

Throughout her time at Rogers & Norton, Elizabeth has specialised in property litigation, including landlord and tenant claims, right of way issues, neighbour disputes or adverse possession claims, and her practice has continued to grow. She also deals with construction and building disputes, insolvency and contract claims. She is experienced in all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution and is a very experienced advocate.

Elizabeth aims to work with clients to resolve matters where possible and to achieve the best result both legally and commercially in a swift and efficient manner.

Lauren Golder

From joining Rogers & Norton in 2014 Lauren has continued her studies with CILEX to become a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2021. Lauren was promoted to associate in 2019 in recognition of her experience within conveyancing and her professional but approachable client manner.

Lauren advises on all aspects of conveyancing from buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties to dealing with unregistered land. She also has experience in dealing with right to buys, transfers of equity and re-mortgages along with assisting clients who are acting through a power of attorney or trust.

Lauren aims to make the stressful time of buying or selling property much more manageable and is able to guide her clients through the process.
