Congratulations to Sal Ryder
She was running in aid of the British Lung Foundation and has so far raised over £400.00 – all donations gratefully received.
This is Sal’s second marathon – rumour has it that the next one is in Rio!
Sal commented “Rio would certainly be warmer than London! Not sure that my other half is ready to put up with me doing another 4 months of marathon training yet though.
At mile 20 I was thinking never again, it was all getting a bit tough and not going to plan. However stubborn determination and the longing to get the medal kept me going – it’s all about the bling!
