Mock mediation workshop – An interactive session walking through the mediation process, helping attendees understand how mediation works in practice and how to prepare effectively.
Held at our Norwich office, this workshop is designed to be intimate and interactive, using a boardroom-style format that encourages discussion. Delegates will have the opportunity to ask questions directly, explore real case examples and raise issues relevant to their own projects or businesses. Light buffet lunch included.
This workshop will be led by Peter Hastings, offering practical insight grounded in day-to-day experience of construction disputes and litigation.
