Government help with late payment issues
8th Jan 2018
It was reported last month that a small business commissioner’s complaint handling service has been launched. The service will support the region’s 96,000 small firms by giving advice on late payment issues – a significant thorn in the side of small businesses.
It is estimated the new service could deliver a £2.5bn annual boost to the East Anglian economy.
Our specialist debt recovery team continue to offer expert help and support to businesses so they can overcome this longstanding issue for them. There is a definitive and ingrained culture amongst many businesses to delay payments as long as possible, which can severely impact on a company’s cash flow.
Our team of experts in the debt recovery department understand the need to react quickly and decisively to support and guide our clients. They realise the pressures that companies undergo when they are faced with the non-payment of a debt.
