We’re currently recruiting for a trainee solicitor to join the team at Rogers and Norton.
A training contract with Rogers & Norton offers excellent supervised exposure to client work across a range of legal disciplines, in line with the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The programme provides experience in a variety of practice areas, ensuring a balanced mix of contentious and non-contentious work. Throughout your training, you will receive practical and professional support, with a strong emphasis on developing well-rounded experience across multiple departments.
As a trainee solicitor, you will be encouraged to explore your interests, develop your strengths, and build the foundations of your legal career. You will also have opportunities to contribute to the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives, including networking, attending events, and supporting our corporate social responsibility activities.
