Key appointments, promotions and growth at Rogers & Norton
Here at Rogers & Norton, we are delighted to announce the high-profile appointment of three new solicitors and promotions for key staff members. Tammy Parnell has joined the firm as Head of Family Department, while experienced solicitor Tim Chiverton joined our commercial property team and Louise Westby joined our Attleborough office as a Private Client and Personal Injury Solicitor.
Tammy Parnell joins after many years’ experience as a family law solicitor and former managing partner at another local law firm and more recently setting up her own Hypnotherapy business and becoming a certified RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) Hypnotherapist.

Tim Chiverton has worked at a regional and national law firm for many years and brings with him a vast wealth of knowledge, having previously dealt with all aspects of commercial property. Experienced Solicitor Louise Westby has worked in the legal sector for the past 12 years and has joined our Attleborough office in a dual role specialising in Private Client work and supporting our expanding Personal Injury team.
In addition to our new recruits, we have also made two key appointments from within our ranks. Former Trainee Solicitors Jack Crosthwaite and Chloe Tooley have qualified as Solicitors this month, after successfully completing their training contracts with the firm. Jack and Chloe have both qualified into the firm’s commercial team, further strengthening our commercial service offering.
