Rogers & Norton Solicitors Celebrate Growth, Announce Key Promotions and Welcomes New Recruits
Rogers & Norton Solicitors is pleased to announce a period of significant growth, with a number of well-deserved promotions, the opening of a new office and new team members joining the firm. These developments reflect our ongoing commitment to strengthening our team and enhancing our presence in the region.
Key Promotions
We are delighted to announce several key promotions within the firm, recognising the dedication and hard work of our colleagues. The Directors are pleased to confirm the promotion of the following individuals to the role of Associate:
- Cathy Hipper – Senior Private Client Solicitor
- Chloe Tooley – Corporate and Commercial Solicitor
- Claire Watson – Conveyancing Chartered Legal Executive
- Jack Crosthwaite – Corporate and Commercial Solicitor
- Susan Rowe – Private Client Chartered Legal Executive
The role of an Associate brings with it increased responsibility, offering the opportunity for professional growth and development. Associates take on a more active role in supporting senior team members, building client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives. They are also encouraged to continue learning and expanding their skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
In addition, we are pleased to announce that Jacob Cook has successfully completed his training contract and has now qualified as a Solicitor in the firm’s Commercial Dispute Resolution Team. This is a fantastic achievement, and we are proud to see him take this next step in his career with Rogers & Norton.

Welcoming New Talent
As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome several new members to the team who have joined in key support roles. Ethan Nelson-Gil has come on board as a General Office Assistant in our Norwich office and Katie Shields has joined our Private Client Team as Legal Secretary. In Dereham, Keeley Amiss has joined as a Conveyancing Secretary, supporting Conveyancing Executive Sue Bloomfield. Alana Briggs has taken on the role of Marketing Assistant, while Saskia Jackson joins as Conveyancing Secretary at our Attleborough office and Jo-Anne Rose joins the Family Team as PA and Secretary to Ginny Colman. We are thrilled to have them on board and look forward to the contributions they will make to our continued success.
