Mental Health Awareness Week 2025

This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week, locally led by Norfolk and Waveney Mind, centres on the theme of Community. Whether it’s reaching out to a friend, supporting a colleague, or engaging with local initiatives, building supportive communities plays a vital role in protecting our mental wellbeing.

At Rogers & Norton we strive to maintain a positive, nurturing working environment, so supporting Norfolk & Waveney Mind reflects our commitment to looking after our employee’s mental wellbeing. We recognise the importance of community, not only in the services we provide but also in the culture we foster within our teams. That’s why we’re proud to support Norfolk and Waveney Mind as one of our chosen charities. Their work makes a real difference across the region, helping people access the support they need and promoting mental health awareness throughout the year.

This week, we were pleased to welcome Sarah Ingram from Norfolk and Waveney Mind to speak at our Mid-Norfolk Connections Breakfast in Attleborough. Sarah delivered a presentation on the positive impact that Norfolk and Waveney Mind have on the local community, highlighting the importance of open conversations, local networks and shared responsibility.

To show our support this week, we’re hosting a coffee and cake morning at each of our offices on Thursday. These informal gatherings are an opportunity for our teams to pause, have open conversations, listen and enjoy some cake together.

We’re proud to stand with Norfolk and Waveney Mind this Mental Health Awareness Week and we remain committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels supported, connected, and empowered to thrive.
