Rogers & Norton are delighted to announce the appointment of two new Directors
Laura Rumsey joined Rogers & Norton in 2014 and has gone on to lead the Private Client team in Norwich before now being promoted to Director. Laura has extensive experience focussing on wills, probate, administering estates, powers of attorney and court of protection work. Laura says, ‘I am very pleased to be appointed as a Director. I first started working for Rogers & Norton assisting in the conveyancing team and was then delighted to be offered a training contract here. Since then I have joined the private client team as a Solicitor and then became head of private client in Norwich and now Director. I am excited to be part of the board of directors and assist in the management of not only the team but now the company.’
Aidan Tidnam joined the team in 2017 as Practice Manager. His primary role is to increase the efficient and effective delivery of operations and client services. He is also responsible for overseeing the company’s management team and support functions. Aidan says ‘I am delighted to join the board of directors at Rogers & Norton. As the first non-fee earning Director, it demonstrates the company’s forward-thinking direction regarding the management of the practice. I am very much looking forward to continuing to work with the directors and management team on the growth and sustainability of Rogers & Norton.

Laura has been with us since she started her training and we are always pleased when we can promote from within particularly when someone has been with us since the start of their career. Aidan joined us four years ago and is an integral part of the senior management team. He is responsible for the day to day operation of the company and is very much my ‘right hand man’. As such the board are delighted to have secured his services for the future development of the business.’
