Success on a Work at height case
The Rogers and Norton Personal Injury team won a claim against a negligent employer following an employee’s fall from a roof onto scaffold which had not been raised to the correct height. The employers fought the case all the way to the court door arguing almost every point but due to the persistence of the Rogers & Norton Personal Injury team, a settlement was agreed at the court door at figures previously offered.
