Abby is a Solicitor in our Litigation department, having originally worked as a Paralegal in the same area. Abby completed her training contract at Rogers & Norton Solicitors and qualified in October 2026. She is supervised by Director and Head of Department, Peter Hastings.
Background, Qualifications and Areas of Practice and Expertise
I completed my law degree at Nottingham Trent University in 2022 and then graduated with a distinction in my LPC and LLM from the University of Law in 2023. I previously worked in a national firm's Contentious Social Housing team before joining Rogers & Norton in September 2024.
During my training contract, I completed seats in Private Client, Corporate and Commercial, and Litigation.
Within the Litigation department, I will specialise in Defamation and Intellectual Property disputes.
Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, travelling and socialising with family and friends.
