Aidan is our Director of Operations and has been working in the legal sector for over 25 years. He is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of operations and client services and overseeing the company’s Management team and support functions.
Background, Qualifications and Areas of Practice and Expertise
I have worked in professional services within the legal sector for over 25 years for national and regional law firms. My main responsibilities at Rogers & Norton Solicitors are to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of operations and client services. I am also responsible for overseeing the company’s Management team and support functions.
Previous experience with change management includes overseeing the implementation of IT systems, office refurbishments and relocations. I have various qualifications in health & safety, including IOSH Managing Safely and NEBOSH General Certificate. More recently, in 2021, I completed a Sustainability and Environmental Management course through the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).
I enjoy the various aspects of my role from working on business strategy with the board to contract management and managing compliance. My vision for Rogers & Norton Solicitors is to be a sustainable and responsible company as well as maintaining the delivery of excellent client care.
Interests
In my spare time, I like to play golf and football, go cycling and generally keep active. Snowboarding, scaling hills and mountains and enjoying the great outdoors are also passions.
