Background, Qualifications and Areas of Expertise
I am a Solicitor in the Family Department at Rogers & Norton Solicitors, having joined the firm in October 2025 following a three-year career break working in HR and Accounts.
I qualified as a Solicitor in September 2020, having graduated from Durham University with a degree in Spanish and Italian, which included a year working abroad in Peru, Spain and Italy. I then went on to complete my Graduate Diploma in Law at UEA followed by my Legal Practise Course at BPP Cambridge. After competing my training contract at a large regional firm in Norwich, I went on to specialise in contentious probate matters at another local law firm in Norwich.
At Rogers & Norton Solicitors, I advise on a wide range of private family law matters relating to divorce, finances and children matters, as well as contentious probate matters including disputes between executors/administrators/trustees and beneficiaries, disputes relating to will validity claims, including challenges based on testamentary capacity, undue influence, fraud and forgery, together with claims arising under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
