Donna joined Rogers & Norton in March 2025 as our Conveyancing Client Relations Executive. Donna is supervised by Director and Head of Residential Property Steven Clarke and Marketing Manager Louis Hilldrup-Boorman.
Background, Qualifications and Areas of Practice and Expertise
As a Conveyancing Client Relations Executive, I am responsible for responding to client and introducer enquiries regarding conveyancing quotes, ensuring that all requests are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.
I maintain direct communication with clients and introducers, providing updates and ensuring a seamless, informative experience throughout the conveyancing process. My role is integral to ensuring that clients receive personalised, expert service while supporting the smooth progression of cases.
With over 15 years of experience in conveyancing, I have extensive knowledge of the procedures, allowing me to directly address any questions or concerns from clients or introducers. This ensures a smooth and stress-free process throughout the transaction.
Interests
In my spare time I enjoy long beach walks with my dogs, reading, especially crime and psychological thrillers, and eating out and socialising with my friends and family. Unfortunately, "join the gym" keeps getting put to the bottom of my to-do list! My favourite time is when my two children are home from university, and I get to enjoy quality time with them while cooking their favourite meals.
