Background, Qualifications and Areas of Practice and Expertise
Having worked at the firm for 14 years, I now hold the role of HR Manager at Rogers & Norton Solicitors. This extensive experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the organisation's ethos and a keen awareness of its diverse workforce.
I have progressed during my time at Rogers & Norton Solicitors to undertake the role of HR Manager. In February 2024, I completed my CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, qualifying as a CIPD Associate. This has helped me bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. As HR Manager, I deal with all HR responsibilities, from talent acquisition to employee relations, training and development, and beyond.
Interests
Outside of work, I love to spend quality time with my family and go running.
