Department: Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence
Ethan is a Solicitor Apprentice based at our Norwich office. Ethan began his Solicitor Apprenticeship in December 2025, working under the supervision of Mark Hambling as Head of Personal Injury and Hannah Rudling as Head of Clinical Negligence.
Background, Qualifications and Areas of Practise
I joined Rogers & Norton in January 2025 as a General Office Assistant and was promoted to a Paralegal in December 2025 working within the Personal Injury Department. I started my Solicitor Apprenticeship with Rogers & Norton on the 18th December 2025, and I am currently working towards qualification as a Solicitor through a combination of academic studies with BPP Law School, and practical experience. I am to qualify as a Solicitor in 2031, and I am looking forward to the learning process.
Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym, spending time with friends and family, and playing sports.
