Department: Family Law
Ginny joined Rogers & Norton Solicitors in November 2024. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and as a Collaborative Lawyer in 2005. Ginny is Head of the Family Team and is based at our Norwich office, serving clients in Norfolk and London.
Background, Qualifications and Areas of Practice:
I specialise in handling high-value cases involving complex issues related to pensions, trusts, tax and business assets. My expertise includes advising on relationship breakdowns and wealth protection, including cohabitation agreements and pre or post-nuptial agreements.
I advise clients in relation to private child arrangement issues. I deal with complex cases which include parental alienation, domestic abuse and coercive control. I offer tailored advice that helps both husbands and wives navigate differing perspectives with clarity and understanding.
My approach is centred on achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients. I advocate for mediation and collaborative solutions but am equally experienced in advising clients throughout court proceedings. Ensuring that costs remain proportionate and reasonable is a key priority in all my cases. I am well-regarded for my pragmatic and solution-focused approach, adept at resolving issues amicably while also managing complex litigation with care and professionalism.
