Department: Personal Injury
Hannah is a Senior Associate and Head of Clinical Negligence in our Personal Injury Department and works across both our Norwich and Dereham office. She is supervised by Mark Hambling.
Background, Qualifications and Areas of Practice and Expertise
I joined Rogers & Norton Solicitors in 1997 as an Office Junior before moving across to the personal injury department where I commenced and completed my training with the Institute of Legal Executives. I was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in February 2008.
I specialise in all types of personal injury claims to include those arising from accidents at work, in public and on the road, as well as claims involving animals.
I also specialise in claims arising from clinical negligence, ranging from misdiagnosis, delayed treatment, wrongful surgery, birthing injuries and dental negligence. Through my work in both personal injury and clinical negligence I also represent and support families at inquests.
Sustaining injuries as a result of negligence can have life changing consequences, not just to the person injured but also to their families and friends. It is a privilege to get to know my clients and their families and to be able to support them in navigating the claims process during what can be a very personal and stressful period.
Interests
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am also a Governor at a local primary school.
Client Feedback
"Hannah Rudling and her staff kept me updated on my case and they were able to explain to me everything that was going on. I can not thank them enough for their understanding and how polite everyone was. Thank you so much."
