Background, Qualifications and Areas of Practice and Expertise
I deal with the sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, including unregistered land. I also have experience in dealing with right-to-buys, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. I have been working in residential conveyancing since graduating from King’s College London with a Law Degree.
I joined Rogers & Norton Solicitors in 2014, and prior to that, I worked for another local law firm in Norwich. During my time at Rogers & Norton Solicitors, I have also qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive through CILEx. In the course of my work, I hope to guide clients through the conveyancing process in order to make a sometimes stressful time more manageable.
Client Feedback
"We had an excellent experience during our re-mortgage. It was not a super straight forward case by any means but Lauren and the team at Rogers & Norton Norwich completed everything without any issue. All the team were very responsive! Thank you."
