Lauren is a Solicitor working in our Litigation Department, under the supervision of Peter Hastings, Director and Head of Department.
Background, Qualifications and Areas of Practice and Expertise
I joined Rogers & Norton in 2022 and began my training contract in April 2024. I undertook seats in our Personal Injury, Litigation, Corporate and Commercial, and Private Client departments, before qualifying into the Litigation department in April 2026.
I graduated from the University of Hull in 2022 with a first-class Law and Politics degree and in 2025 I completed the LPC LLM with the University of Law, in which I received a Distinction.
Within the Litigation department, I specialise in contract disputes, for both Claimants and Defendants, shareholder and director disputes, intellectual property disputes, debt claims and enforcing judgments, and insolvency proceedings. I am experienced in pursuing claims in the County Courts and the High Court.
Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, reading, going to concerts and spending time with friends and family. I am also learning how to sew!
