Ryan is a Senior Solicitor and Head of Commercial Property at Rogers & Norton Solicitors, having joined us in March 2026. He is supervised by Bruce Faulkner, Director and Head of Property.
Background, Qualifications and Areas of Expertise:
I am an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a background dealing exclusively in such matters since qualification. I have gained valuable experience acting on most, if not all, commercial property matters and an understanding of the priorities of most types of clients and stakeholders to such transactions.
I enjoy guiding clients through property transactions, whether big or small, giving grounded, commercially tailored advice in order to find the best way through any legal issues that might crop up during a matter. I also enjoy providing clients with strategic legal advice on existing property interests and helping them work out what options might be available to them.
Prior to joining Rogers & Norton in 2026 I worked in private practise for a mix of local and regional firms. I completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of East Anglia in 2011 before qualifying as a solicitor in 2015.
Interests:
Outside of work, I spend most my time chasing after my young family!
I am a keen fan of grassroots rugby, being a supporting member of Swaffham Rugby Football Club and having previously played for various clubs across East Anglia.
I also enjoy volunteering my time with the University of East Anglia's Law Mentor Scheme, providing the next generation of lawyers with some insight into life as a solicitor in Norfolk.
