Sue is a Conveyancing Executive in our Residential Property Team at our Dereham office. She joined the firm in September 2024, working under the supervision of Steven Clarke, Head of the firm's Residential Property Department. She was promoted to Associate in November 2025.
Background, Qualifications and Areas of Practice:
I am a Conveyancing Executive at Rogers & Norton Solicitors, having joined the firm in September 2024, after almost 10 years with another local firm. Prior to working in the legal sector, I spent 16 years working at a Local Authority in the planning department undertaking various roles, from planning enforcement to S106 monitoring officer.
I specialise in freehold sales and purchases, remortgages and new build purchases.
My favourite part of my job is building relationships with my clients and being able to look after them from the beginning of the transaction all the way through to completion.
Interests:
In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with friends and family and visiting the North Norfolk coast.
