Tracy is a qualified CILEx Level 4 Private Client Executive and is supervised by Head of Private Client and Director Laura Rumsey.
Background, Qualifications and Areas of Practice and Expertise
I began work in the legal profession at a local firm of Solicitors in 1979, dealing mainly with conveyancing matters. I joined the Private Client Department at Rogers & Norton Solicitors in 2000 and have much experience in dealing with the administration of estates and all types of private client work.
In 2005, I obtained the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives Professional Higher Diploma in Law (Probate Practice). I assist and work closely with the other Solicitors in the Private Client Department to ensure that all clients are given the best possible individual, professional, and efficient service.
I have been with Rogers & Norton Solicitors for 25 years. My areas of expertise include drafting wills, administration of estates, drafting LPAs and registering Trusts at HMRC TRS.
Interests
I am a horse owner; therefore, I spend lots of time at stables. I also compete in local Dressage competitions. I also enjoy gardening, going to the theatre and looking after my grandchildren.
