Three is the magic number! Rogers & Norton Solicitors commit to supporting three local charities over the next three years
Here at Rogers & Norton, one of our core values is to be an ethical, sustainable, and responsible practice and play a positive role in the community in which we operate. To put those words into action, we are thrilled to confirm our commitment to support three local charities over the next three years. These charities have been carefully chosen by our workforce, selecting those charities which are close to the hearts of our staff members…
- Priscilla Bacon Hospice
The charity was set up to fundraise for and build the new Priscilla Bacon Lodge, a specialist palliative care unit with inpatient beds, day unit, wellbeing centre, and hub for community-based services. The new hospice is being built next to the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, and will replace the current facility on Unthank Road in Norwich. We are proud to have joined their ‘500 club’ as silver members and are committed to raising a minimum of £1000 this year.
- Little Lifts
A small but mighty charity based in Norfolk that supports breast cancer patients, by providing NHS-approved care packages to those going through chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment. They’re on a mission to provide Little Lifts gift boxes to every breast cancer patient in the UK receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment and we want to help them achieve that.
- Norfolk & Waveney Mind
A local charity supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing through their network of community wellbeing hubs, talking therapies, short stay recovery houses, social groups, specialist programmes and mental health training. At Rogers & Norton we strive to maintain a positive, nurturing working environment, so supporting Norfolk & Waveney Mind reflects our commitment to looking after our employee’s mental wellbeing.

At Rogers & Norton we recognise our philanthropic responsibility and we’re committed to playing a positive role in the community in which we operate, so we’re thrilled to demonstrate this by supporting three charities over a three-year period. This will allow us to build lasting relationships with our chosen charities and make a bigger impact than a typical one-year commitment.
