Our Annual Construction Seminar is taking place on Wednesday 20th May 2026, offering a practical and informative update on the key legal developments affecting the construction sector.
Previously held in the Auditorium at The Forum, this year’s seminar will take place at Dunston Hall, providing a fresh setting for a well-established event. The seminar will be led by Peter Hastings, Director at Rogers & Norton Solicitors.
We are pleased to be joined by speakers from across the construction and professional services sector. This includes Ryan Bigland, Head of Commercial Property at Rogers & Norton, who will be sharing insights from his experience working closely with commercial property clients, and John Read of Daniel Connal Partnership, who will be speaking on ‘Principal Designer Duties in 2026: Managing Risk, Liability and Overlap Under CDM and Building Regulations’.
The seminar will focus on recent legal developments, emerging risks and practical considerations for those operating in construction. Presentations will run from 11.15am to 12.45pm, followed by lunch and networking, giving delegates the opportunity to connect with peers and professionals in a relaxed, informal setting.
