On Wednesday 23rd October, Peter Hastings, Director and Head of the Construction Team at Rogers & Norton Solicitors, delivered an insightful workshop to staff members and key contacts of a Norfolk-based construction company. The session focused on the essential role of the Principal Designer in construction projects, as well as the legal implications and insurance considerations that come with this responsibility.
