Rogers & Norton Solicitors is actively seeking its next generation of legal talent for the Autumn 2024 intake.
Recognising the vital role these individuals play in shaping the firm’s future, we are dedicated to nurturing and investing in our workforce. We’ve been recruiting and nurturing trainee solicitors for many years, with numerous former trainees now integral members of our team.
We are now on the hunt for new talent and we’re currently looking to recruit trainee solicitors, with our next intake taking place in Autumn 2024. The ideal candidate would have completed their Legal Practice Course.
Training contracts with Rogers & Norton cover distinct areas within the law as required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, including a good balance of contentious and non-contentious practice areas. We provide practical and professional support to all trainee solicitors with a focus on gaining as much all-round experience in multiple practice areas.
Trainees will be encouraged to find their passion and cultivate their skills. They will be offered the opportunity to get involved in marketing and business development initiatives, such as networking, attending events and supporting the firm’s corporate social responsibility strategy. We have a high retention rate after qualification and pride ourselves on being supportive by working closely with trainees on their post-qualification goals and career development.
