Rogers & Norton Welcomes Ginny Colman as Director and Head of Family Law
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Ginny Colman as Director and Head of the Family Law Department at Rogers & Norton Solicitors. Ginny, who brings over 20 years of experience in family law, joins our Norwich office, where she will serve clients across Norfolk and London.
Ginny qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and as a Collaborative Lawyer in 2005. She is widely respected for her expertise in handling high-value divorce cases, particularly those involving complex issues such as Companies, pensions, trusts, business assets and property settlements, she has a strong network of experts she also works with to deal with financial advice and tax implications. In addition, Ginny provides tailored advice on relationship breakdowns, wealth protection, cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements.
Ginny also specialises in private child law matters, including cases involving child arrangements, parental alienation, domestic abuse and coercive control. Her pragmatic and solution-focused approach ensures clients receive clear, compassionate and professional guidance. Whether through mediation, collaborative law, or court proceedings, Ginny is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes while ensuring costs remain proportionate and reasonable.
